About the work
Commissioned by the Devon Philharmonic Orchestra as part of the CoMA Festival of Contemporary Music for All, premiered at the Royal Albert Memorial Museum, Exeter on 7th March 2020.
The piece was inspired by the Ichthyosaur fossil in the museum. It is scored for string ensemble and tabla.
