About the work

0n the beach is in Open Score, for six or more voices, singing in pairs (or three).  Each pair of voices should be at a similar pitch (e.g. two female voices).  Pitches are chosen by the singers, and should be close (but different) to other pitches being sung at that time.  The harmony will change gradually through the piece as different notes are chosen.  Each section should overlap with the next.
