About

CoMA Bristol is a group of musicians committed to performing music from the cutting edge.  It includes players from a range of musical backgrounds and experience, who share a curiosity for the fuzzy edges and uncharted territory of new music.

We are always on the look-out for new players.  We provide an inclusive and supportive environment for those new to contemporary music, while offering scope for more experienced musicians to shine.

Our programming is ambitious, and usually takes in three concerts a year.  We have collaborated with early music ensembles, with guest soloists from the Bristol Ensemble, and we regularly work with postgraduate composition students from Bristol University.

If we sound like the ensemble for you then please do get in touch.
