Unfortunately, due to weather conditions, the Thorpe Market concert is cancelled, but the West Renton will go ahead.
Michael Finnissy and four local amateur composers (Pat Hanchet, Colin Blundell, Martyn Craft, and David Morgan) will reflect on Norfolk music-making, creating works for performance by a local community choir (Cantamus) and a trio from IXION Ensemble. The event will be repeated Thorpe Market and West Runton to take new music to as wide an audience as possible, building bridges to the modern world for local composers and choral singers.
