Join musicians of the London Sinfonietta as they decode the ins and outs of tackling a graphic score. Featuring a new commission by Amy Bryce, come along to gain some tips in how to interpret graphic scores into sonic story telling.

London Sinfonietta players will also share unique works from their Postcard Pieces series and invite all comers to get involved! The Postcard Piece were inspired by composer James Tenney’s Postal Pieces. He composed 11 short works, created on postcards using images, symbols and words – graphic scores. He then sent them to his musician friends to interpret and perform.
