Complaints

If you have a complaint about CoMA you should first seek to resolve it informally. This can be done by speaking directly with the person responsible for the subject of your complaint, a member of CoMA staff or ensemble committee member who could help you to resolve the issue, or by getting in touch with us for further advice. For formal complaints, please email complaints@coma.org. Please see the Complaints Procedure and accompanying chart to see how your complaint will be handled.
