This 3-part vocal piece for any voice type is part of our immediate pieces anthology of works that are performance-ready with just an hour of rehearsal.
It’s a graphic score that is a personal song cycle in six short movements written in new ways, recording the thoughts, the healing of the past few years, looking back, and looking into the future. It uses selections of Chinese and English text to explore and raise awareness of psychological injuries that are not physically visible.
The score includes pronunciation guidance for the Chinese text.
