Sound Scape 2016 is an art in nature sculpture installation by Lorna Green with music composed by Julia Harding. The arrangement of the sculptures in a grid formation is inspired by the Minimalist movement that emerged in sculpture and painting in the 1960s. The music performance is inspired by the process music which has developed as a response to, and in parallel with, Minimalism in art and sculpture.
Everyone plays from the same single-line score which is available in many key transpositions.
