Limerick New Music Ensemble present The Dining Controversy

Limerick City Gallery of Art, Pery Square V94 E67F Limerick Ireland

LNME present a programme of work by living composers as part of the 2024 CoMA Festival of Contemporary Music for All.  This concert will celebrate the work of composer Derek Ball in his 75th year including his wildly eccentric The Dining Controversy and the world premiere of his new work for the ensemble – Giant Steps.

Directed by Fiona Linnane, in the atmospheric space of the Limerick City Gallery of Art in the centre of Limerick City, audiences can expect LNME’s usual blend of eclecticism, whimsy and musical diversity.
