CoMA Festival Concert - Paris

Auditorium Antonin Artaud, Avenue Danielle Casanova, Ivry-sur-Seine, France

The Ivry-sur-Seine Municipal Music School (Ecole de musique et de danse) and MusEA showcase a vivid arrary of new compositional voices, celebrating and promoting new music for amateur chamber music players (Musique, Espaces des Amateurs). The concert will features works by emerging new voices including, Juan Arroyo, Tristan Patrice Challulau, Isabelle Lafitte, and the world premiere of new works by Giulia Lorusso and Jasmine Morris.

The musicians are all amateurs working under the artistic direction of the Ivry music school team and Jean-Michel Berrette, former member of the Parisii string quartet. This is a rare opportunity to discover a very varied programme reflecting the diversity of the contemporary music scene in France and the considerable interest displayed by both young and more renowned composers in the dynamic contribution of amateur players.
